Rodney Sturgis
Account Executive
Rodney joined Sprosty Bag in 2010, and is responsible for outside sales, managing customer relationships in Ohio. Prior to joining Sprosty Bag, Rodney worked in purchasing, sales, and different management roles in the agricultural industry.
When Rod is not visiting customers, he enjoys traveling, biking, playing golf and spending time with his three adult children.
Fred Irwin
Plant Manager
Fred joined Sprosty Bag in 2012 and is responsible for production and plant management. Prior to Sprosty Bag, he had an extensive career in sales and marketing.
Fred enjoys spending time with his son, riding his motorcycle, snow skiing, hiking, and watching the Cleveland Browns.
Fred earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from The University of Akron.
Laura Catanzarite
Office Manager and Customer Service Representative
Laura joined Sprosty Bag in 2017, and is responsible for managing the office, customer service, shipping, and accounts receivable.
Laura has been a licensed real estate agent for over seventeen years, and when she is not helping customers with their packaging, she enjoys helping her clients navigate the ins and outs of the home buying and selling process. She also enjoys camping and spending time with her family. Laura will be the first to tell you her family, and especially her four grandchildren, are the biggest joys of her life.
Laura is a volunteer at her church, serving on the Parish Council and as a team leader in a care givers ministry.
Crystal Dalrymple
Controller
Crystal is responsible for HR and Finance at Sprosty Bag. Prior to joining the company, she worked in public and private accounting for over thirty years as a Tax Accountant, Corporate Cash Manager, Cost Accountant and most recently, Manager of Accounting.
Crystal shares two adult children with her husband, Steven. When she is not crunching numbers and counting beans, she enjoys investing in real estate, traveling, collecting antiques and her two dogs.
Crystal is a member of the Quota of Wayne County as well as a past board member. She volunteers at OneEighty, prepares free income taxes for low income, and volunteers time with dog rescue.
Tom Catanzarite
Vice President
Tom joined Sprosty Bag in 1987 and is responsible for day-to-day operations, overseeing sales, purchasing, and production scheduling. Tom combines a wealth of knowledge in packaging and logistics with a proven track record of customer service to help Sprosty Bag customers fulfill their packaging needs seamlessly.
When Tom is not helping customers, working with employees, or unloading the occasional truck, he enjoys camping, local sports, and refereeing youth wrestling.
Tom is active in his church and is the president of the Wooster High School All Sport Hall of Fame Board.
Tom earned a B.A. in communications from John Carroll University.
Adam Lowe
President
Adam joined Sprosty Bag in 2021. Before Sprosty Bag, he spent fifteen years in the asset management industry, and most recently was a territory manager for a global investment management company.
Adam has a passion for business, helping customers, and solving problems. He enjoys the outdoors, and spending time with his wife, Kirsten, and their three young children.
Adam earned his B.A in Physics from Denison University in Granville, OH.

Chuck Sprosty
Advisor
Chuck joined Sprosty bag in 1975 and served as President for 32 years. During his time as President, Chuck successfully transformed Sprosty Bag from a local agriculture bag supplier to the well-known nationwide distributor of packaging it is today.
Chuck enjoys helping both new and long-time customers and providing guidance to the team at Sprosty Bag. His knowledge and extensive network in the packaging industry is invaluable.
Chuck has a passion for automobiles and enjoys spending time with his wife, Toni, and their son. Chuck is a member of Rotary Club of Wooster.
Chuck earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and MBA from Ashland University.
